1. Consultation

It all starts with a meeting with our Recruitment Manager. We learn to understand your company's needs, including the roles, requirements, your company culture and any specific preferences you have. This helps us gain a clear understanding of what you're looking for in your next candidate.

2. Candidate sourcing and screening

Using the insights that we have gathered, we source candidates through our network, job boards and other channels. We then screen CVs and conduct interviews to shortlist candidates that best match your criteria.

3. Candidate presentation and interview

We present a shortlist of qualified candidates to you and coordinate interviews. During this phase, we facilitate communication between you and the candidate, providing support and feedback to ensure a smooth interview process.

4. Offer and onboarding support

Once you've selected a candidate, we assist with the offer process, including negotiations and finalising the terms. We also provide onboarding support to ensure the new hire integrates smoothly into your organisation and starts off on the right foot.
